Emotional Freedom Technique, You Can Do Yourself!

What in the world is Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT for short? Let me explain:

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments.

To do EFT you tap on specific meridian points on your body while you think about your specific problem. You can use this method for issues such as emotional upset, traumatic events, phobias. While you are tapping you repeat a positive affirmation.

The combination of tapping the energy meridians and repeating your positive affirmation works to clear the emotional block from your body’s bioenergy system and restoring your mind and body’s balance.

I have been using this EFT on myself for years after first being introduced to it about 15 years ago. I now use it in conjunction with Essential Oils and Crystal Healing and I am loving the results! You may feel a little silly when you first start trying it but I think it is so important to release emotional issues in the body before they turn into something else. Emotions left to fester away are no good for anyone!!
